In a time of unprecedented uncertainty, political disillusionment and social disorder, it is the church's mission to stand as a bulwark of truth and hope. Yet tragically, a gross state of spiritual poverty exists.
Discouragement, indifference and apostasy have invaded the great army of God. Fear, disbelief and spiritual malnutrition have weakened her ranks.

What we as God's children need right now is not another reminder of the coming tribulation, the pending approach of anti-christ or the utter chaos and destruction coming upon our world. Quite to the contrary, what we need, as weary sojourners, is a reminder that our God is ultimately in control.
That He has a plan--a heavenly agenda. As heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ, we have an exciting adventure in store for us.

May the believer who reads this book be renewed and purified by the hope we hold dear. Just as Abraham of old saw by faith, a city whose Maker and Builder was God, it is my desire that God's people be sustained and  encouraged by the promise of our glorious destiny as portrayed in this story.

Join with me now as we travel by faith to our eternal, celestial destination. Lay aside for a moment the cares and trials of this earthly journey and revel in the pure ecstasy of The Heavenly Odyssey!
